Howard Lowell Dixon was the first child of Seaborn L. Dixon and Frances Causey. He was born 15 Oct, 1916 at Galvez, Ascension Parish, La.he married Lucille Fanny Roddy, date and location unknown. She was born 07 Aug, 1920 at Ascension Parish. Lucille's parents were Desmond Roddy and Ellen Odile Stevens. Howard died 30 May, 1984. He buried in Mt Zion Cemetery, Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. Lucille is living.
