Neavie Laurie Thibeau was the third child of Orvilla "Aunt CB" Nickens and James Baptiste Thibeau. She was born 14 Aug, 1923 at Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, La. She married Thomas Francis Nelson, date and location unknown. Thomas Francis was born 20 Oct, 1920 at Brooklyn, Kings County, NY. He was the son of Frank and Julia Nelson. Neavie died 04 Sep, 1991 at Baton Rouge. Thomas Francis died 26 Jan, 1992. Both are buried in Roselawn Memorial Park, Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, La. It has been said that Thomas died from a broken heart after Neavie's death.
