Tammy Lynn Nickens was the second child of Donnell Jerome "Nick" Nickens and Lila Lee Dixon. She was born May, 1964 at Brunswick, Cumberland County, Maine. Tammy married Joseph "Joey" Surville Blanchard IV 23 May, 1986 at St. Mark's Catholic Church, Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. He was born Aug, 1964 at Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, La. Joey is the son of Joseph "Joe" Surville Blanchard III and Pauline "Polly" Annie McLin. Both Tammy and Joey are living.
