Annerette Celestine Nickens was the fifth child of George Thomas Nickens and Julia Celestine Thompson. She was born 27 Nov, 1911 at Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. "Anna" married Ellis Perry Johnson, Sr. 13 Oct, 1927 at Hobart, Ascension Parish. He was the son of William Henry Johnson and Dora Elizabeth Settoon. He was born at Hobart, Ascension Parish 10 Sep, 1909. Anna died 20 Jan, 1982 and is buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery Galvez, Ascension Parish, La. Ellis died 02 Jan, 1985 at Gonzales and is also buried in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
