Thomas Payne "T-Neg" Nickens was the nineth child of Thomas Payne Nickens and Octavia Josephine Chiasson. He was born 24 Jan, 1934 at Gross Tete, Iberville Parish, La. Thomas married Shirley Adams. She was the daughter of Arthur Joseph Adams and Elsie Marie Trabeaux. Shirley born 10 Feb, 1936 at WhiteCastle, Iberville Parish, LA. Thomas died 24 Feb, 1986. He is buried in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Cemetery, Lakeland, Point Coupee Parish, La. Shirley is living.
